Job Description

• Master the Prompt.io platform and common challenges facing customers
• Set and maintain superior customer service standards, ensuring ticket reply time is prompt, friendly, and accurate on a daily basis
• Support with development of documentation for Prompt.io Academy based on FAQs
• Establish best practices for technical support process
• Work cross functionally with the Customer Experience, QA, Product, and Engineering teams
• Recruit, train and support help desk representatives
• Develop reports on Customer Support activities
• Develop, maintain and organize internal documentation for support procedures and processes

Basic Qualifications

• Willingness to help customers on both sides of the political spectrum
• Strong technical background with the ability to communicate clearly with a non-technical audience
• Customer experience focused with a love of problem solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion to grow and build with us as we continue to scale

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with the Political, Advocacy, or Association space especially if you’ve run a texting program before!
